BEWARE!!!!!!!!! This place is a joke! Diagnosed a bad turbo on paccar motor. Overcharged for replacing it, and then the shop was not capable of completing job. Said they could not calibrate turbo leaving truck dead in the water. Had to take truck to another shop, other shop was able to calibrate the turbo, only to find the issue is still not fixed. This shop is terrible at communication, terrible at fixing trucks and them starts yelling at cuato.er like it's their fault. BEWARE!!!!!

If you’re looking for being lied to and labor rates being run up, contact Interstate Truck and Trailer Repair. They will slow roll their wrecker service to run up labor hours by approximately 3 hours. Not to mention, the wrecker operator does not know how to remove the driveshaft, so you will have to wait for another tech to come out and remove it. There goes some double dipping—making extra money off drivers in a predicament. What a good business plan. If you like spending almost double than the original agreed amount, call Michael. He will definitely call you some choice words and tell you how you should be grateful. Would not recommend.

This place is overpriced. They give you an eta and do not show up for hours. They quoted one price for tow and charged double. When a manager spoke to them the man was rude. I understand not releasing drivers until paid but even then it was 3 hours before they arrived stating they were on their way the whole time. The tow guy did not know how to remove the drive shaft and were charged why he waited for the mechanic to show up to remove. They charge extra for when the shop is closed but they are open 24 hours with daily hours not noted anywhere. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommend. Overpriced, rude, and slow.

Stay far away from Interstate Truck and Trailer Repair. We were billed $2,236.07 just to patch a hole in a trailer roof, and they claimed 9 hours of labor on the invoice. The job did not take that long (maybe 3 hours). The charges were completely excessive for such a simple repair. This was a major rip-off. Highly do not recommend. Scammers!

I wish I had read the reviews before going to this place. They charge $140 per hour, completed the job in less time, but billed for additional hours. They also installed an overpriced no-name brake chamber while claiming it was an Alliance brand, charging nearly three times the normal price. Please be cautious when using this shop.
